Guest R2-X2 Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 Now this might seem like an odd thing to post about, but it really bothers me how these two look exactly the same on the forum. Anywhere else, a is a and not a ... but here, for some reason, laughing is forbidden and you may only smile. Could this be fixed? Quote
Kexikus Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 The fact that both smileys appear the same in your post, makes this post quite pointless (if it weren't for the title) xD Quote
milestails Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Not a smiley guy myself. I go for the rarely used (= Quote

I like using smileys since text doesn't have any sort of pronounciation so a meaning is easily misunderstood. Quote

134340Goat Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 I admit to having something of an aversion from emojis I tend to put a space so it remains as an uncoded : ), : p, etc. Quote
bead-v Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 No, seriously, is there really no way to remove the second definition of : D as ? : lol : also has two smileys associated with it, but here it prints out the better one. Quote
