Because there's nothing in the script that gives you that item. You manually put it in your inventory rather than the game itself forcibly putting it in there, such as getting Bendak's blaster Quote

Kexikus Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 I think you need to use CreateItem scripts for it to work. If I understand it correctly, GiveItem does not actually create the item and so there's no pop up. Quote
