134340Goat Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 This is very saddening TKAM is one of my favourite books. I remember a time back in a 9th grade study hall where I was sitting by a window reading the book for the second time while the teacher was playing Hendrix on the radio. That was very relaxing amid a tough time in life. One of my fondest high school memories At least she lived a long and successful life. RIP Quote
1Leonard Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 It's amazing how she could live her whole life on the proceeds of one (!) book. Quote
Mutilator57 Posted February 20, 2016 Posted February 20, 2016 I remember analysing TKAM for Year 11 English. With retrospect I have such an appreciation for her work and message. Vale Harper Lee. Quote
