  1. Well everything is working, I've been to M4-78 without issues. I successfully changed the model on HK-47 and other than the Bastilla hologram, I have not noticed any issues, but thank you for the reply. Thanks, this makes perfect sense. I knew something was getting overwritten but I needed some help identifying what it was. Since everything is currently working, except this small model glitch, I will make a backup of my current installation, and then re-install TSLRCM overwriting what I have and then the Full Mod Build pack as that should hopefully restore all the correct overwrites without breaking M4-78, I will lyk how it goes.
  2. Is this only possible for those who run the game on Steam? I have the GOG version and can't figure out how to download mods from steam. It says subscribe to download, so I subscribe but then there is no download link. From what I've read, people say it just downloads and installs in your game through steam, so I'm taking that to mean that the mod cannot be downloaded standalone. Is there any other way to get an older version of the mod that can be installed with the GOG version of Kotor2? Also, having a model bug: 1) During the game, when did the problem begin to occur? (List a general description of the issue.) After installing the mod mid play through in the Kotor Community Portal Full Kotor 2 Mod Build: https://kotor.neocities.org/modding/mod_builds/k2/full HK47's model was switched to a 4 legged droid. I used the KSE to change the model (which was Env_02, I switched to NPC_HK47), and that was fine but then when I used the Sith Holocron which is supposed to show Bistilla, it again showed this 4 legged droid model. I'm not sure how many other models have this issue yet, but since I encountered it a second time, I figured there could be more and wanted to try to fix the issue. 2) Did you install the latest version of the mod? (We are only covering issues concerning version 1.3 - the latest edition.) I am running the latest version 1.5 3) What version of the game do you have? (Steam, GOG, 4CD, or the KotOR Collection?) What region is the game designed for if it's the 4 CD version? GOG 4) Did you update your game as required by your game's region? (Update is required for 4-CD version only. If using a Steam, KOTOR Collection, or GOG version, put down "N/A") N/A 5) Did you use the TSLPatcher, if provided? Yes 6) Were there any errors in the TSLPatcher installation? No 7) What other mods have you installed? Please give an accurate list and provide links to each of these mods - even if they are found on this site. (We don't actually know them all!.) I am using all the mods in the Kotor Community Portal Kotor 2 Full Build listed here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/277-m4-78-enhancement-project/ 8 ) Can you be more specific about the error? At what point did it happen? (List a detailed description of the issue.) See 1) 9) Have you tried re-downloading the mod? No 10) Have you tried using a different save game? Yes 11) Have you tried starting a new game? No 12) What Operating System do you use? (List Virtual Machines as well if you are using them.) If you're a Mac user, please note that here as well. Windows 11 Update: Here are a few extra questions to include as well. All posts (after the one following this one) should include all 16 questions and your answers to them. 13) Can you confirm that you see the TSLRCM logo on the the main menu screen? Yes, also the Enhanced Planet splash screen appears with the intro videos 14) What language is your game set for? English 15) Which language of TSLRCM are you using? English 16) Are you playing this on a laptop or a desktop computer? Laptop I initially thought this issue may have been a conflict with the HK47 mod that makes HK more rust red as you upgrade him, but then it happened to the Holocron Bastilla as well, so I figure something deeper is going on here. I'm not sure if it has something to do with installing mid play through or something either. But any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  3. Not sure if anyone can help with this but I have 2 computers running the exact same Kotor 2 installation (copy/pasted), works great on my laptop but on my desktop, the cutscenes play audio but no video unless I alt + tab away and then back into the game. When I start a new game, the screen is black. I hear the intro music, I alt + tab out and back in and can see the cutscene fine. Then when I skip the Ebon Hawk prologue, it stays on the dialogue screen, I start to hear the flight sounds play, I alt + tab out and back into the game and I can see the rest of the cutscene. This workaround is playable, but I always end up missing the first few seconds of every cutscene. If anyone can help with suggestions, I would greatly appreciate any help. Not sure if this is helpful information but on the desktop, but before doing the hex edits, the game wouldn't even play sound (not just for cutscenes but at all in the entire game) and would crash the windows display server when I tried to quit the game (need to ctrl+alt+del and then sign out, can't even load task manager). Then after hex edits, sound and everything work, just need to do the alt+tab to see the cutscenes. Also it can exit without issues. Thanks.
