Manaan was pretty much the Switzerland of Star Wars except if it where invaded the Selkath would poison the valuable Kolto meaning that Revan couldn't do that. But some of what you've said could be done, Vandar and Dodonna both have Soundsets you know. I really like the quality you've put into this, almost as good as SH"s Ord Mantell video. You don't have to do this but something you could do in the future is show what each NPC drops (As in don't show only generic loot like medpacs and 8 credit drops but show drops NPCs are guaranteed to drop such as Boba Fett's loot as he is guaranteed to drop his loot or a bounty hunter who is guaranteed to drop a powerful Blaster Rifle for example) This one isn't needed but maybe through Kotor Tool you can check the NPCs utc file and show the audience their exact stats.

I have a request for your next video: M4-78 EP version 1.5. It's only available on this site. I'd really like to actually hear all of the voices that I hired or recruited for that version of the mod.

Thanks man, currently working on another video of an old mod. I agree, it could have worked, maybe have bodies lying in the streets of manaan and have some sith soldiers with a group of commoners like they are being held prisoner and you could give the order to execute them or something. maybe have the enemies less spongey and more fun to fight

Given what an absolute mess the UVs are, I'm not sure it is worth the effort to try and salvage something out of it. I'd just use a different head.

War droids have integrated weapon models. I wonder if that is part of the problem. They possibly lack weapon hooks for the guns to attach to? I thought there were null weapons (stats but no models) for exactly this reason. Edit: Here, try this @Salk https://www.darthparametric.com/files/kotor/k1/[K1]_Taris_Sith_Base_Stray_Blaster_Cleanup.7z You'll want to load from a save prior to entering.

With the rules regarding porting changed, it probably makes more sense to port the TOR Selkath over. Come back in another 12 months.

It was (fortunately) somewhat less work than I feared. I was able to remap the Selkath body to a scaled up version of the Human rig (Selkath are freaking huge). I had to replace their giant hands with modified Human hands so they would animate properly with the new rig. I lopped off a couple of the fingers so it was the same configuration: I also got the UVs in the wrong spot, but that's easy enough to fix. Edit: Fixed, or at least approximated as close as possible based on a completely different unwrap: Here's some combat. I edited the UTCs to give them a mix of sabers and some appropriate melee feats like power attack, flurry, critical strike: The only real problem is their giant fish head is so enormous that they have a tendency to swing their weapons right through it. There's not much I can do about that. Here's some dialogue: Naturally using a completely different rig and supermodel, they no longer have the specific conversation animations of the regular Selkath, like the stroking of the mouth flap thing (cephalic lobes, if you want to get technical). The mouth is a bit stiff and flappy at the moment as it is only using head and jaw weights. I'll have to see if the original can be more closely mimicked by including some of the other face bones. The lobes no longer have bones and specific animations, so I was thinking maybe they could be cut off and changed to dangly meshes.
