*************
INSTALLATION
*************
Run the file "TSLPatcher - Install TSL Mission Vao Deluxe.exe".
If you are running the Steam version + TSLRCM then you have to point the Patcher to where Steam stores TSLRCM.

************
DESCRIPTION
************
Adds a playable character based on Mission Vao from KotOR 1.
There's:
-custom underwear (a bit of a mix of the outfits of the Twin Suns Twi'leks).
-custom basic clothing based on Mission's Survival Jacket from K1
-optional darkside transition alternatives, not installed by the patcher.
See the folder "Darkside Alternatives" and if needed howto.txt in that folder. You can also find an overview picture there.

*****
BUGS
*****
None known.

*************
UNINSTALLING
*************
1. Remove the following files from your Override folder:

P_MissionBA01.tga
P_MissionBAD01.tga
P_MissionBB01.tga
P_MissionBL01.tga
P_MissionXH.tga
P_MissionXHD1.tga
P_MissionXHD2.tga
po_pMissionX.tga
po_pMissionXD1.tga
po_pMissionXD2.tga

2. If you haven't installed any head mods after this mod you can get the following files from the mod's backup folder and put them back in your Override folder:
appearance.2da
heads.2da
portraits.2da

Doing this when you did add another head mod would result in the later head(s) no longer being available in the game, yet the associated files would still be in the Override folder.

A logical request.
However, the texture for that includes a part of her blue skin (shoulders, arms). If I make it an item then that would be really weird for characters that don't have a blue skin. It would still be ok for those that really only play with this character but not a very flexible solution. I hope you understand what I mean and I don't really see an approach to fix that.

Aw ok, any errors when you installed it? What did you point the patcher to?

Anyone else got it working.. or not?

I currently don't have a set up where I can do a real test. I did test if the patcher did what it's supposed to do with a test override folder that contained the files it's supposed to update, that looked fine.

I have the steam version of TSL, and however the mod is not working, I have no other mods installed except for TSLRCM and M4-78

the mod is not showing up in the character creation.

Sorry, only noticed your comment today.
Steam's TSLRCM? If so, did you point this mod's patcher to where Steam stores TSLRCM? It should only add to that and that should work, don't know if M4 could mess that approach up though.

This mod is awesome! However, when I try to make a new character, the custom jacket texture is pasted incorrectly over the default clothing style. I've re-run the installer, and it's still like that. There were no errors both times. Seems like the jacket model files are simply missing.

Hm... not sure what's going on there. There's no model file in the mod because it's simply a retexture of a model (PFBBM) that's included in the base game. Could there be some mod conflicting with things?

...or are you only talking about the character creator and not in game? Any custom clothing will be messed up in there, but should be fine in game.

Yeah, I was talking about the character creator screen. I wasn't aware that it's okay for things to be messed up there. I've gone ahead and removed the jacket texture and edited the appearance.2da file, so now it pastes the normal clothing texture over the default PFBBM clothing model in the character creator. I wonder if this will now cause the clothing model to be the one you had of the jacket later in the game (I've only tested it as far as the start of the game, before getting any clothing).

Hi. I recently downloaded this mod for my KOTOR2 game. The installation went fine, but when I entered the character creation menu, I couldn't see the mod (literally invisible except default clothes). This also happened in the game. IDK if I'm doing something wrong! Plz help!

Hard to tell, which version of the game do you have? Other mods?

I currently have the Steam Version of the game, the TSLRCM mod (without M4-78), the Fixed Lightsaber Colors mod, Visas HD Re-skin, Lightsaber on Peragus mod, Smaller HUD mod, Effixian's Zeison Sha/Jal Shey Reskins (2017), Effixian's Bastila's Legacy robes, Play as Bastila mod, Widescreen UI mod, TFU lightsaber pikes mod, and the invisible headgear mod.

Did you point the installer to the workshop folder of TSLRCM?
The Play as Bastila mod replaces appearance.2da, it keeps things compatible with TSLRCM but it doesn't take other mods that change the file into account. You might be able to fix things by changing the order of installing mods.

hey, hopefully you still read these. i love this mod, i put about 40 hrs into my save with it. unfortunately for some reason steam lost the destination of my game files, and i had to reinstall. so i did. thankfully this was the only mod i was using besides the cut content restore mod. however, when i load my game up i'm no longer mission. for some reason i am kreia. the race is still working because if i make a new character i can choose to be mission, but for whatever reason my old save won't let me be mission anymore. do you know if its possible for me to change to mission with kotor save editor? switching to party_npc_mission doesn't work. i'm still kreia's model but the textures are distorted.

Heya. Switch to appearance PC_MissionX_LRG_01.

party_npc_mission is a non working leftover from K1.

Unsub from the workshop's TSLRCM, resub so you get a fresh one, point the patcher of this mod to TSLRCM's workshop folder again, then try setting the appearance again with KSE.

Important: KSE doesn't see the appearance.2da file that's being used if you have TSLRCM from the workshop. You should temporarily copy the file from the TSLRCM workshop folder to the main override folder so KSE lists the same appearances. Make sure you remove it again after using KSE. Yes, things can get confusing...

The installer runs correctly. However, when I go to setup a character some are headless and they all wear the same tunic. Happens with all of your TSLpatcher mods.
