About This File

This is the next part of an ongoing series.
The purpose of this mod is to shrug off the years from old Kotor engine, and bring the much more up-to-date design choices from SWTOR to Kotor. All textures have been made from scratch.
The Overhaul also contains sophisticated SWTOR orientated high Quality animations and cubemap based lights & shine on surfaces.

Installation:

Download the mod, extract its contents with an archive extraction program such as 7zip or WinRAR, then move the contents to your game's override directory.

 

This mod uses cubemaps, so there could be minor incompatibilites with mods that uses custom cubemaps too. ( but i actually dont know any mod that does that)
Just to be on the safe side, i recommend to install my mod last.
Beside that it should be compatible with everything that doesnt retexture Manaan.

I want to thank Darth Sapiens for his wonderful Cubemap-Ressource pack, which enabled me to do a lot of things that would otherwise been not possible.
I also want to thank Darth Parametric for hex editing mdl files from the Hraekert Base. That allowed me to use more variety in retextures.

The mod work itself is great, don't get me wrong, but no one sees how ridiculous this install method is? Seriously Jorak, you couldn't just batch convert the files to TGA yourself as a mod creator? Why split everything into 10 standalone parts? To drive registrations for this site? What were you actually thinking while compiling this mod? It's against all common sense! Especially since everything ends up in the Override folder anyway. It's not like the files I just converted with Xnview change from user to user or copy to copy.

No, instead of just streamlining everything into one proper archive, you force everyone to download third party software. What the actual squibblyness? I wouldn't hold it against anyone to recompile and re-distribute this in a proper manner.

Out of curiosity, what makes this conflict with K1R?

Also, I saw a comment about someone saying their Kolto tanks were cubical rather than cylindrical... Thing is, your uploaded screenshots show cubical kolto tanks, so I'm not sure why that part was a problem.

Hello! Amazing job with this retexture! I love your work!

I am having a problem. The animated signs seem to be bugged and I am not sure if the texture files are conflicting with others. They appear to be two of the same sign on top of each other, and one image is upside down so they create a mirror effect. I had installed the Ultimate Manaan retexture and then this on top making sure to delete any conflicting files, but then uninstalled Ultimate Manaan to see if that was conflicting but it didn't work.

Also certain assets are not showing up at all such as the animated signs in the Republic Embassy and the ones behind the help desk at the hotel. 

Please help!
