Fixed Cantina Sitters

DESCRIPTION: This mod adds Pazaak cards and drinking cups to the corresponding sitters in the cantinas. It also fixes the drinking animation for the aqualish in lower city Taris cantina. I realized that there is a bith drinking in the Tatooine cantina, so I tweaked that as well.

 

INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override).

 

COMPATIBILITY: This mod should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t mess with the placeable sitters in the cantinas.

 

LICENSE: Anyone is welcome to use this mod in any of their mods or include it in a mod build.

Thank you for the mod, Alvar007. is it possible to add more sitting NPCs to the tables inside the Tatooine cantina as well? There are 4 alcoves with tables at the front and the back of the room without any NPCs whatsoever. The Anchorhead cantina always felt a bit empty to me without some NPCs doing idle animations (drinking, talking) like they do on Manaan or on Taris with this mod installed. Can more of them be added to that module just for the sake of atmosphere, to make it more lively?

I say, bravo ! This is wonderful, I think I'll use it for an update of my Manaan Pazaak Tournament restoration! It'll add much needed consistency and life to the event!

I supposed it could be added, similar to the Telos cantina in Kotor 2. Although it seems it's not a walkable area, so maybe the walkmesh would have to be edited.

So you mean adding the cards to those models? I suppose it could be done yeah.

Yes, @Dark Hope definitely has a good point. A high poly pazaak player or drinker would be a great addition to the cantinas, as well as the swoop area for the Pazaak Tournament.

I believe the Kotor 1 Community Patch contains the higher poly commoner models that are linked here.

I said it on Discord but this is great thank you for this. I'll try to revise myself some new sitters i added into my own mod. I wanted to point out that K1CP changes the low poly human models with better ones but it has been said already.

So with K1CP, nothing is needed to move these models into new high poly ones? Installing K1CP then Alvar's mod will give us fixed high poly drinkers and pazaak players ?

Installing alvar mod should override the high poly human models from K1CP back to the lower poly models ;)

Yeah that's what I thought. Well, then I guess all I can do is to wish @Alvar007 luck with making his mod compatible with K1CP !
