JediArchivist 70 Posted March 24, 2020 Is there any tutorial on how to make a new transition area to a new module? I haven't found any such tutorial here or on lucasforums on archive.org... All i know so far is that i must record the XYZ coordinates of where i want the new transition area using the whereami console command, but i have no idea how to implement the transition area to the module. JCarter426 1,215 Posted March 24, 2020 You need to add a trigger to the area's GIT file and have it linked to a waypoint in another module. Your best bet would be to find an existing transition in the area and copy what it's doing. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Either via script, if you want it to remain permanently closed, or the door itself can act as a transition trigger simply by passing through it. The K1 Dantooine Enclave module (danm13) is a good reference, since it has one of each. The transition to the Ebon Hawk uses a trigger, the transition to the Courtyard uses a door.
