He was supposed to arrive on Peragus, but that got taken out (and nothing much to restore there) but the soldiers remained. Not much to do about that rather than reskin them like I did (they still wield Sith Soldier weaponry though). Quote

You could add the exile saying something along the lines of 'what is this feeling' and then have the old bat shut them down with a 'we must leave line'... seems like a lot of work to add a little foreshadowing and explanation for a score of dudes...oh,well. skins it is I guess Quote
