Are you doing a fan novelization of it or a alternate timeline of it?

 

Anyway my suggestion is "Revenge of the Empire".

No, but seriously, I thought the title "The Empire Strikes Back" was weird the first couple times I heard it, but I never came up with my own name. At least, not to my recognition.

Shadow of the Empire for IV

The Empire's Revenge for V

Emergence of Darkness for I

The Clone War for II

Rise of the Empire or Fall of the Republic for III

Last of the Jedi for VI

The only movie I ever thought about having a different title was EP3, my choice being "Dark Lord Rising". Of course, EP2 aswell, as "The Clone Wars".

 

As for EPVI, New Republic or New Jedi Order wouldn't be so bad, depending on what the main plot will focus on.
