((No, that's absolutely fine. Controlling other characters is acceptable up to a point (what you did is OK, making other people die and other plot-destroying stuff isn't), it can actually make the plot very interesting with unexpected outcomes for all characters)) He's drunk and insistent. That generally means he's inept, and simply wants some money to buy another drink, Al'verde thinks. *Al'verde takes his side deck, deals out the first cards and the game begins* *A 9 is dealt to Al'verde, and a 4 to the drunk. Al'verde has a side deck of +3/-3, -4, +2, +1/-1. He decides to wait to play cards, as any player would, and lets the game continue* ((You don't have to just make your move, controlling others in this instance I'll accept, the floor is yours))

I'll pay for expansions, maybe the game itself, but I'm not paying monthly just to play it. Pay for premium service, not just to play the game. Waiting for F2P. -

I've decided to start a role-playing thread, but haven't actually started the story yet, so I'm setting this up so that everyone knows the (very lenient) rules and anyone can define their characters if and when they want to join the actual RP. Rules: 1. Actions are indicated in *asterisks* 2. Thoughts are indicated in italics 3. Speech is indicated in "speech marks" 4. Out-of-character (OOC) comments (please only say things OOC if needed) in ((double brackets)) 5. Write in third person and present tense 6. Make sure you enter and leave an area, don't just start doing something without being there 7. There is no Thread Master making sure the plot stays on course, anyone can shape and mould what goes on My character: I'm the character I always am here on Deadly Stream, my blog explains all :¬) Anyone who wants to get involved can explain their character in this thread, and (if they are so inclined) suggest starting locations. It's a big Galaxy, there are plenty of places out there to have something happen!

Thinking ofa possible roleplaying scenario with which to start an RPG here (not with the strict rules I've seen a lot of places have, it'd be pretty lenient (if I start the thread, the link to where I'm drawing most inspiration for the guidelines will be in the starting post))

Lethal Alliance came out on DS 5 yrs ago today. Despite its bad graphics & sound, and many bugs, I still completed it in 6 hrs straight.
