You can extract the files from the exe using Uniextract 2 (.Universal Extractor 2) Extract to a subdir and you'll find all the mod files sitting in the folder. Though maybe check with an installed version to see if all files are in correct places. Also ,I think a 1.3 7zip version was posted somewhere a while back ,might have been on the steam forums or moddb ,can't remember too well.
