So this is happening to me currently. Did the whole XnView shenanigans and once I reached telos this was the result.

So I have this and the moive style holograms mod installed and for some reason the game refuses to play the cutscene itself at all. It goes past the Ebon Hawk leaving the planet to head to the Star Forge but then ends up in a black screen where I can see my mouse and move around the Ebon Hawk but it refuses to progress from there at all.
