  1. You're probably very familiar with this noise emitted by the Ebon Hawk's round console in the centre of its main hold. It is especially noticeable during briefing cutscenes, with character voices sometimes almost drowned by that static buzz sound. I've managed to mute it by removing "al_ffld_door1.wav" and "al_holding_cell.wav" from the StreamSounds directory. However, I am not quite sure if their absence is going to affect other elements in the game, with the latter obviously referencing holding cells/force cages. It would be nice to know if these sound files are as negligible as the ones that can cause buzz sounds in the case of regular consoles and terminals.
  2. It's a fairly long list, so I decided to include it as a txt file in the latest version.
  3. Possibly, yes. Once the most glaring errors are out of the way, I might as well start correcting those as well.
  4. Suggestions are always appreciated. You can send me a private message with the lines in question, either transcribed or screenshot. Since I imagine that not everyone backs their original files up during overwriting, I will also include the original TSLRCM dialog.tlk in upcoming updates. I didn't intent on correcting description oversights that directly affect gameplay elements, but your suggestion is noted. I might extend my corrections to those inconsistencies sometime in the future.
  5. For the most part, minor yet easily missable errors that were already present in KotOR II's original dialog.tlk. "Araknians", "Mandlaorian", "companioin", "Marko Ragnos", "pinicle" and "vaccuum" are just a small selection of mistakes I managed to find and correct. I'm planning on including a more detailed outline of the changes in future updates.
  6. View File TSLRCM Dialog Overhaul Description of "TSLRCM Dialog Overhaul": This modification strives to correct the most noticeable errors and inconsistencies found in the dialog.tlk file of The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). The majority of the alterations are based on modern corpora, mainly affecting written speech as well as menu screens, without changing their original meanings. Some lines underwent slightly advanced changes in order to be in line with their corresponding voice-over references while some others were changed to further add context to specific situations. As this modification was originally meant for personal use only, you will also find some of my attempts at revamping the punctuation of multiple dialog lines to create a more coherent reading experience in accordance to the sound references. That includes the removal of hesitations and interruptions that are not reflected in speech. In its current state, this modification doesn't fix description errors regarding item effects and character building. For full details on the changes, please refer to the included "changes.txt" file. Due to the sheer size of the dialogue script, there is a strong possibility that errors have been overlooked in the editing process. Feel free to report cases of potential overcorrection as well. Feedback is always dearly appreciated (on Deadly Stream via private message or comment on the mod's support page). Installation: TSLRCM 1.8.5 is required. Replace the dialog.tlk file located in your game's main directory with the one from the "overhaul" folder in order to apply the modification. Certain changes may only occur upon starting a new game. In case you may want to revert the changes, just copy the included original TSLRCM dialog.tlk into the game directory.
