Yeppers. Though I've been thinking about making something custom based off of random Rakatan glyphs in the games.

Fixed some UVs. Played with some smoothgroups. @DarthParametric was a huuuge help. Started building a new base texture. Productive day.

::dominate mind:: These aren't the UVs you're looking for.

I'm not having any issues, I'm just more curious as to what the following output means:
Truncated 20! combinations needed... Truncated 22! combinations needed... Truncated 18! combinations needed... Truncated 20! combinations needed...

Hmmm, you got me. Let me think about this, sorry I can't be of more help right now.
And my files look the same:
-
Gotcha.
Okay, let's see... 🤔
When you used Wine, did you use a specific engine for the wrapper? And also did you set up the registry via Winetricks? Did you install dotnet?
Are there any sub-folders in your Override folder? I want to be sure the .mods were being installed into .../KOTOR Data/modules
Sorry for all the questions!
-
No problem, I've found Mac modding to be a lot of trial and error.
How did you install through tslpatcher? Did you use Wine or something along those lines?
Also, your override path location doesn't look correct, it should look something like Users/username/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/swkotor/Knights of the Old Republic.app/Contents/KOTOR Data/Override
-
Mac modder/player here. I guess a couple of questions/comments up front, just so I know what's going on and understand.
-
"...if the .mod file was placed in my override..."
- This should never be the case. Could you link me to a mod that suggests that?
-
"...and then changing the extension of the files to .rim, and backing up the original .rim file, and then replacing them with the modded and renamed .rim file..."
- This also should never be the case. The .mod needs the original .rim to run. That's probably why you're crashing to the main menu.
- How did you install the game? Steam? App Store?
- Could you provide me the path to your override folder?
-
"...if the .mod file was placed in my override..."

What I mean is; will you be adding some floral/coral-like details as an addition to the texture? I had noticed that the vanilla was having some coral-feel on its platform. Or maybe you were planning to something that was entirely different? Both are still going to be awesome I believe- hahah!
Ah, I see what you're saying now. Short answer, yes! There is still a lot more to come.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

HD Pazaak Cards
///// 01. Intro /////
Pazaak! The game whose name I misspell nearly every time I type it. Anyway, the cards are looking pretty dated these days so here’s a higher resolution version.
///// 02. Background /////
These actually started as a much larger project (that I fully intend to finish), but since I had the cards done, I figured I might as well release them.
///// 03. Install /////
Drag 'em to your override folder. These shouldn't conflict with anything. Note: For those of you who prefer the green cards from TSL, you’ll find that variant in the “green” folder. Just overwrite the originals.
///// 04. Uninstall /////
Remove the files.
///// 05. Disclaimer /////
Distribute, have fun, edit, whatever. I only ask that you don't claim this as your own.
///// 06. Thanks /////

I just duplicate the folder.

Kk, give this a shot and then a couple notes:
- I'd use KSE 3.3.3, as all the others kept crashing for me
-
Whenever you want to use KSE, you're going to have to manually move your saved games to the GameData folder, run KSE and make your changes, then move the saved games back. Pain in the ass, yes. (Also backup saves before doing any of this.)
- So take the saves folder: Users/YOURNAME/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.kotor2.appstore/Data/Library/Application Support/Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II/
- And move it to HARDRIVENAME/Applications/KOTOR2.app/Contents/GameData/
- Make your changes in KSE and now move them back.
- Add a new engine, I use WS9Wine1.7.36.
- Create a new wrapper with this engine, name it whatever, i.e. KSE.
- It might ask a few things, i.e. gecko, mono? and maybe network. You just need the network one.
- Once done, View wrapper in Finder, right click, Show Package Contents and open Wineskin.
- Click Advanced, then the Tools tab.
- Under Utilities, select Winetricks.
- Under dlls, select dotnet20 and Run.
- Take a nap.
- Close that window and select Registry Editor (regedit) under Wine Tools.
- Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, right click on Software and select New, then Key.
- Name this new folder LucasArts and create a new key in that folder named KOTOR2.
- Now right click on KOTOR2 and select New, then String Value and name it Path.
- Outside of this, you need to find the KOTOR2.app game data , and since you in installed via MacStore, it should be something like HARDRIVENAME/Applications/KOTOR2.app/Contents/GameData.
- Copy that whole path, from the harddrive name to data.
- Back in Registry Editor, modify Path and paste the above path in there.
- Change all of the back slashes to forward slashes and add Z:\ before your pasted content. e.g. Z:\HARDRIVENAME\Applications\KOTOR2.app\Contents\GameData.
- Click OK and close Registry Editor.
- Under the Configuration tab, select Install Software, then Choose Setup Executable.
- Find wherever you downloaded KSE and Choose.
- Get your KSE on and don't forget to move the saves back to their original location.
Now another pain in the ass thing, you will have to "install" KSE every time you want to use it. You won't have to do all the above, just open the Wineskin wrapper you made and Install Software, Choose Setup Executable, etc.
Work through all of those shenanigans and let me know how it goes or if you have any questions. Feel free to holler at me on Discord too. Once we get this going, we'll tackle Party Swap.

I can't believe I'm just seeing this now.
I'm trying to install Save Editor and Party Swap.
No worries. This for K1 and K2? And then is this a App store or Steam install?
P.S. Do you have Wine on your machine?

Correct. It's the best lit one, albeit not great.
