Oh my goodness, this mod is amazing, i absolutely love it, good to see some updates to this mod.

This mod was incredibly well made, not even slightly kidding, it blends in with the game so well, sometimes it is tough to tell if it is even a mod!

The Indecent Proposal with Shen and Rahasia was downright raunchy.

That was one of the most fun sequences in the game tbh.

They were playing pazaak!  You can infer anything you want of what they were actually doing as everything takes place off screen.  Perhaps you have the dirty mind. (Heh.)

Not to mention, if that is anything more than implied sexual content, then so is Visas' meditation scene in TSLRCM, wrestling with Handmaiden in her undies, Davik's slave's massage, and a million other things.

 

Just think about how bad Fable's "Graphic sexual content" must be if you took out the black screen...

 

Besides, TDCJ, you're 14; by your own logic, you probably shouldn't be involved in it either, but who am I to tell you what games to play and what content to do? Hmm... For that matter, who are you to do the same?

I've not played fable, i do know however, that it is an award winning RPG...

There you are, there are multiple other examples of this, but this is by far the most obvious.

Not that i care about sexual content, but IMO, children or people who've not learned the "Birds and the bees" should still be able to play this game without worry of explicit content.

I personally do not think they will use this IP again, they may release a remastered version of the games, they may not (and if they do, expect changes because they will only release a remastered version if they see it in their new canon)... But I am certain that a K3 will not be worked on because it is not apart of the new Disneys canon right now (Which has been pretty much confirmed because much of the content in the Kotor series has been changed)

 

 

 

I hope you know they were all fan projects you have listed, and that one fan project on moddb were left with two options; either continue and get sued (because it is illegal to use an IP you do not own) or discontinue from their work which they eventually did (I know one of the people whom were on the team well)

If you changed something in a "remaster" then it wouldn't be a remaster it would be a reboot and or remake.

Also, they could have continued the game as a mod, but they chose not to.

If you know so much about the how, when, and who, why not provide a source.

However, it was taken down, it was copyrighted or whatever and they had to cease working on it, but if you read some of the youtube channel comments in some of the videos on the channel i linked you to, you can see that he said he "Isn't done yet" 

I know that was a fan project, however, it was meant to end up being an actual game, for xbox360 and ps3 ect...

So, why would EA/Bioware/Disney/Lucasarts take down the game if they weren't planning to use the IP again? 

exactly, From my understanding, bioware have claimed they are working on a SW game with RPG elements similar to Kotor. Not a Kotor 3... We are more likely to get a remastered version of K1 and K2 than a  K3

A remastered version of both games would appeal to old fans, and attract MANY new fans, and more fans means more demand for more games, therefore, our chances of a KOTOR3 are heightened more than they've ever been.

The NPCs aren't all going to be aliens. There are a large number of humans written into the plot and character profiles. Much nearer to the completion of the project, I hope to hire professional voice actors to do a number of characters.

Also, KOTOR3 is most likely still to happen, i understand that it is fairly unlikely, but i know it is to happen.

A romance enhancement mod, in which, you may continue romances with: Atton, Handmaiden, Mira, Visas Marr, The Disciple, Ect...

There could be a possible visual kiss/hug, or several of those in each, this would allow for better and more satisfying romances (No sexual reference intended... probably...) 

As a male/female you could romance Visas, as a female you could romance atton, as a male/female you could romance the Disciple, as a male you could romance handmaiden, mira, visas.

I know you are wondering how you'd put this together, just either A: Get new voice actors, B: Reuse old lines and put them in a different tone/context, C: Just use a computer generated voice. D: Use the mere text... as boring as that would be...

I am suggesting this, even if it was someone elses idea, then it was my idea, i do not have the capability to make it due to me being busy with other mods.

It would mean a lot to me if one was to make it, i'm sure everyone else would enjoy it aswell..

(A bao dur romance and hanharr romance could be optional, whether very intimate content is included in this mod is up to whomever makes it, if someone regards this as a possibility, and if one does not make this mod, then i shall.) 

(Kreia romance perhaps, a bit more of a... metaphorical romance... but a romance nonetheless.)

1313 looked amazing, i'm sure it's spiritual revival will be a boba fett game of some sort, or that darth maul game that was quickly scrapped.

They both look good but the avenger movies have all been great so my money is on civil war. However, Wonder Woman looked great in the recent trailer ^^

 

Now I will have to ask my nerdy comic book friends (mainly my older brother who actually read them) about the story in civil war because I do know that in the original comics the avengers split up into two groups, the avengers and the west coast avengers. Then some time after that I think the greatest comic book special started where all the marvel super hearoes gort together and wenrt into space and that is where they found the black space goo that became spider man's new costume. I forget what that series was called  but it was what I have been told the best marvel comic mini series at the time. I think there was an infinity stone involved... there is just so much they can do with these movies... it is too bad they completely messed up the spiderman movies... they were all pretty weak and don't get me started on the fantastic four movies. The last one didn't even make sense although I liked the actors better they just wiped out Marvels greratest Super Vilan doctor doom.

 

The movie I am really looking forward to far more than these two is Doctor Strange that will be out next year.

Kotor was rated T for a reason...

KOTOR however, appealed to those of all ages, there was very little if any adult sexual content in KOTOR or TSL, whether you try and claim that daviks "massage" quarters was actually a sex quarters, it is still an irrelevant argument because there is no proof.

And yes, KOTOR and TSL were meant for an older audience, however, a child can enjoy them just the same (i played KOTOR when i was 6...)

:0 I watch loads of channels, too many to count, you could say youtube is my 3rd life, after real life and KOTOR/TSL.

Those are the ones i watch more regularly though.

i'd like to say that my original assumption was... er... ignorant and ill-advised, considering i went back and gave TOR another chance, and watched some videos on it, and it is better than i originally assumed, (i only played a bit of the game...)

It still is filled with

1: Griding.

2: Adult sexual content.

3: Mass Effect character speaking system, which i despise to an extent.

4: Strange combat sounds, and when you kill something, it doesn't feel satisfying or realistic.

5: Quite a few of the quests are item grabbing quests, or quests in which you must "backtrack", which i also despise.

6: I will say this though, the game is decent for what it is, I HATE it because it could have been KOTOR3, but i LIKE it for the game it is, and was, and has become.

Name: Dragon Ball Z

Genre: Anime

Basic Premise: It is the sequel series to the original series Dragon Ball, which is based off of a 16th century chinese novel called Journey To The West, both series' are quite long, spanning more than a few hundred episodes, it'll keep you on your toes with crazy martial arts fighting, HUGE energy attacks, lots of villains and heroes. Plenty of heartfelt moments aswell, the show itself is incredibly impressive (Watch Dragon Ball then Dragon Ball Z, then possibly Dragon Ball GT, but GT is not canon).

Warning: It can be fairly gory and gritty, with crazy fighting, lots of death, plenty of foul language aswell, it is still a masterpiece to behold nonetheless.

Recommended viewing method: By yourself, with friends, it doesn't matter, i watched most of it by myself, and i found it more enjoyable that way, because a lot of people tend to judge the show because of the amount of somewhat unnecessary drama, aswell as lots of screaming and "Final attempts" at taking down the badguy, i'd watch it by myself though.

My biggest gripe honestly isn't about dumb content so much as all the content...

 

It annoys and irritates me to no end the massive hype-train Disney has set up with all the Ep. 7 articles and merchandise. I've purposely avoided all but two trailers and most of the Ep 7 threads on here, but there is no way to avoid seeing all the merchandise at the stores.

 

Why the heck would you go out and buy all the merchandise to a character or movie you know nothing about before the movie is even out to be watched, when you haven't even seen the movie or know whether you'll even like the character/movie in question?

 

That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of, no matter how you try to rationalize it...

But... but... the hype train is so glorious... it is the core of what us fans have left in our self-esteem... Nah jk.

For reals though, they do it because they are hyped for a movie, and i am hyped for it, even if i've yet to buy a single piece of merchandise, or even be interested in a single piece of episode 7 merchandise.

I was obsessed with dragon ball z (Still am) And i'd do things like that all the time when i was or am hyped for something dbz related, just go out and buy dbz action figures and trading cards, and annoy my family from talking so much about it at the dinner table.

It was on Facebook, and has a picture of star wars characters singing christmas carols and yoda is saying "Merry christmas we wish you, merry christmas we wish you" And then it has a caption at the bottom of the picture saying "No one likes caroling with yoda"

I absolutely loved that part of KOTOR1, the face off between you and Calo and davik, then malak proceeds to stop the fighting by letting destruction loose upon the planet.

Key differences between K1 and TSL...

Today we'll be discussing the villains in KOTOR and TSL

1:Malak and Sion, So first you have malak, revans apprentice and a former jedi knight, he had what every good sith lord had, a good evil laugh, a giant space station that does something destructive, and an army of stupid soldiers.

Malak was very one sided, he wanted to conquer the galaxy and exterminate the republic, with the star forge in one hand and a beer in the... excuse me, and an empire in the other, he was very reckless in his battle tactics. He was very destructive in the way he attacked, when he attacked he went all or nothing, a good example of this is when he turned taris to ash, only to find that his targets had escaped within the last 30 seconds...

Another example is telos, even if Admiral karath was the one to pull the trigger, malak was planning the bombardment of telos all along. He completely desimated Telos IV and had little care for anything or anyone on the planet.

Malak is your average sith lord, he wants to... 1) Conquer the galaxy under any circumstances and precautions he must take to to so.   2) Wipe out the jedi and the republic.   3) Say pathetic things to the main hero during the final conflict, (i.e. The stuff he said to revan on the star forge).

Malak also betrayed his master and shot at revans flagship, nearly killing him, which is something he would have done if not for bastilla keeping revan on "Force life support". Betraying their masters is something Sion and malak have in common.

Lets get down to speaking about sion.

Sion is a sith lord and part of the sith triumvirate, the sith triumvirate is a loose alliance between Darth Traya, Darth Nihilus, Darth Sion, and whatever remained of revans forces leftover from the jedi civil war.

Darth sion is the sith lord of pain, and he goes to show this by always being in constant pain, pain and rage and hate is his fuel, he keeps his body together using the dark side of the force. He can only die if his will is broken. He lives to destroy the jedi and the republic, he lives to seek vengeance on those whom have provoked him. He betrayed his master, darth traya, He and nihilus wanted to have the power for themselves, and they found trayas methods questionable. So nihilus and sion beat traya brutally, they stripped her of her pride, her power, and to an extent, her connection to the force.

Sion had a face off with the jedi exile during the end of the exiles journey to stop the sith triumvirate and find out why she was being hunted, the jedi exile fought sion ruthlessly and with all of her strength, but it was of little use, because each time sion was struck down and torn apart, he would stand back up and revive his gory, deformed body using the dark side of the force.   Until the exile broke his will, she made sion doubt himself, and his will to live was broken, sion didn't know what he felt when the exile showed him the truth that he has been denying all along. Sion then collapsed and fell apart.

Sion was even more evil than malak, malak had a purpose to be evil, to conquer the galaxy. Sion did not care about conquering anything, he merely wished to inflict pain upon the galaxy, sion was evil because he had the power to be evil, and for no other reason but that.

Both were ruthless sith lords, and were to be feared.

I like all of your points except 4, personally after finishing KOTOR 2, I would rather see a sequel with the player being the Exile again, finding Revan and uniting the galaxy to face the true enemy lurking in the unknown regions waiting to present itself "would have been a 3x more powerful Sith empire" with the ending being LS Exile LS Revan = using said forces to battle the enemy, thus saving galaxy. LS exile DS Revan = plot twist Revan had exile as a toolbag to muster the best forces he could, to then be destroyed by the empire that Revan secretly was the head of, exile then had to kill Revan. DS exile LS Revan = You fight Sith Empire, become Ruler of the Galaxy, making Revan therefore have to kill you to ensure peace. And DS exile DS Revan = Revan uses you as tool, but respects each other enough, becomes Empire v Empire battle, Exiles Empire wins, then you have to kill Revan to ensure no more rival powers start.

 

It's just my personal view, of course - the game would be graphically overhauled "but still have same look as the rest, feature many reoccurring planets from both Kotor and the 2nd, still have the Ebon Hawk HK, T3 and maybe Atton "everyone needs a pilot" Along with a random event Generator "something that can randomly spawn in beasts and thugs" and new loot

I totally agree! This was the perfect way to sum it up!

I do however, like the original idea, i know that K3 is probably not gonna happen, which is why i think someone should make a mod that accurately follows what happens after K2.

And yes, I'd love to play as the exile again, and perhaps you can choose which party members from TSL died as well? So that way you could still hang with

Atton, and maybe they could dive into the romance with him some more, same with every other party member, you could basically choose what their fate was, however G0-T0 would be destroyed, and Bao-Dur would be dead, and Kreia would be dead, and possibly Mira / Hanharr as well, so if you chose to keep some of your party members from the previous game, you'd still have space for new party members.

Perhaps whomever makes this game (Whether that be fans or obsidian, i personally would love to make this game as a mod myself, but i have neither the time nor the organization. Back on subject, whomever makes this game if they do that is, should use some of Obsidian's original scrapped ideas, like HK-47 riding on your back like C3-P0 In the original trilogy, etc..)

Nuclear by mike oldfield (Metal gear solid song), specifically for the ravager, and during combat... This Is War by 30 seconds to mars (I know these do not seem like they fit the part, however i love these songs, and i think that the context they are placed in on these levels is perfect)

Depends on the game, Kotor I's Dark Side playthrough is largely bland and unrewarding since it's so painfully one-dimensional, but at times it's fun

 

TSL it's 50/50... Dark Side playthroughs are often fun, and sometimes more rewarding than light side because of how different it turns out, and how Kreia basically bitch slaps you for killing the masters... there's a lot I can cite: Fantastic writing, chilling dialogue, and the Vaklu sequence of Onderon is far more enjoyable than the Talia sequence... (assuming Vaklu is dark side

I'd also like to state that TSL's dark side is far more enjoyable than K1's, i am currently doing a Dark Side play through where i play as a tank (i.e. A very strong and durable, yet stupid character), i am doing the tank play through on K1, and i've gotta say: It really is quite bland, and very very one sided.
