    Okay, quick question: Is making a new head model from scratch difficult in Kotor/TSL? I've heard that it can be quite the pain in the ass to get one working properly. I'm just asking this, because at some point in the future, I'd like to try making some custom heads.

      if you use the old head rig be sure to uncheck always deform otherwise you'll mess up the weighting.
