To install Override Component features, simply open their folders and copy their mod files to the Kotor 2 Override folder.
To install HoloPatcher Component features, simply click on the HoloPatcher.exe, pick your desired restoration, click install, and sit back and watch the installer do its magic.
WARNING: It is highly recommended that you do not install the game on your system's C drive, especially in Program Files. Windows can have permissions issues when trying to install the mod to a C drive destination. If you are using the Steam version of the game and have installed Steam in its default Program Files location, we advise creating a new Steam Library on a different drive and moving the game there via the game's Properties pop-up in Steam.
Do note that this mod is highly decentralized, whilst this gives you the ability to pick and choose what you'd like it also means you'll have to install each feature individually if you want them all.
Description:
The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) is the mod that saved Kotor II after its disastrous December 2004 release that saw the game practically unfinished and riddled with annoying bugs. This mod is THE number one go-to mod for Kotor II, it's so popular that Aspyr "tried" to bring the mod to Nintendo Switch via a DLC and when that DLC was cancelled there was an uproar amongst Star Wars fans for having done this.
Despite the claim that TSLRCM fixed the bugs and restored the cut content, that factually isn't true. There are many bugs that TSLRCM missed and there is cut content still being found in the game files to this very day, though just because these bugs and cut content exist doesn't mean they could/should be fixed/restored.
Things like M4-78 and the GenoHaradan go beyond the scope of TSLRCM's goals and as such were restored as standalone mods rather than being part of TSLRCM, cut content like Lt. Yima's quest has hardly anything left to restore except for a typo riddled dialogue for Yima and journal entries, and bugs like the Mandalorians on the Ravager having Dark Jedi soundsets are so obscure and easily missable that it hardly justifies a TSLRCM update.
As is stands, TSLRCM 1.8.6 is seen by many as being 'completed' - that it succeeded in doing what it set out to do.
Enter stage the Kotor II Restored Content Plus mod, I mod I've thrown together to restore even MORE cut content to Kotor II (more bug fixes can be found in N-DReW's Bug Fix Collection for TSL).

General:
* HK-47's TSLRCM dialogue has been improved with bug fixes, dialogue corrections, and restored lines. The changelog of my changes can be found in "HK-47 Changes.txt" (OM)
Peragus:
Harbinger:
* Restored the Harbinger Captain's Unique Appearance (UAP)
Telos:
* Restored a Twi'lek Street Dancer and his Bith Companion in the Citadel Dock Module (SDR)
* The Rodian Bounty Hunter encountered during the Czerka plotline now uses the cut Rodian 01 variant appearance (R01R)
* The human Exchange Thug in the Exchange Compound now uses a Smuggler's Appearance rather than a Generic Appearance (SR)
* veteran.dlg- Restored an alternative line here.
Original: Explain something to me.
Altnerative: I don't understand something. Maybe you can explain it to me. (DR)
* 201drdi.dlg- The Ithorian droid used to start his post-fight dialogue with "I will trust your judgment, master. Lead the way". This line is the wrong line, this line is also used in the Czerka player responses. The correct line is "Thank you for saving me, master. Will you be escorting me to the Ithorian compound?" (DR)
* 201drdi.dlg- The Ithorian droid will now start his post-fight dialogue with "Greetings. I am the Ithorian restoration project management droid." (DR)
* 231bdur- If you are alone with Bao-Dur, after he says "I always feel a sense of calm when I walk the surface of Telos. The Ithorians are truly amazing in their work" he will then say "Quiet! There's a large mercenary patrol up ahead". The "Quiet" line has been replaced with the more fitting "Look! There's a large mercenary patrol in the valley up ahead." (DR)
* 231bdur- If Atton is in the party or if you reply "A whisper, perhaps. Like the breeze through the grass" to Kreia, Bao-Dur will say "Quiet! There's a large mercenary patrol up ahead" though if you reply "No, I feel nothing but emptiness" to Kreia he will instead say "Look! There's a large mercenary patrol in the valley up ahead". The "Look" line has been replaced with the "Quiet" line to be consistent with the other party lines whilst the "Look" line only appears if you are alone with Bao-Dur. (DR)
* 231bdur- If Atton is in the party instead of Kreia, he will be the one to give the "If we move carefully" lines instead of Bao-Dur. (DR)
* plateau- The way TSLRCM restored the HK-50 congratulates the shooter content is by editing this dialogue, but TSLRCM edited it in such a way that it results in their lines being repeated several times in the dialogue feedback box. This bug has been fixed.
* hk501- TSLRCM restored a cut line for this scene by replacing a vanilla line with the cut line. This vanilla line that TSLRCM cut has been brought back alongside the restored line, the vanilla line was "Irritated Declaration: There you are. It has been extremely difficult to track you down, Jedi.". (DR)
* hk501- Restored the following lines to this scene, increasing the amount of lines from three in TSLRCM to six in this mod. The lines are "Announcement: You have caused us to expenditure a great deal of effort to find you, Jedi.", "Clarification: But now that we have found you, we hope that we can facilitate communications.", "And put an... end to hostilities.", and "Threat: Come with us without resistance, Jedi... or you will come with us in pain." (DR)
Nar Shaddaa:
* Rutum now uses the male Fat Commoner Appearance rather than a Generic Appearance (FCR)
* Ratrin Vek now uses a Smuggler's Appearance rather than a Player Head (SR)
* Lootra now uses a Smuggler's Appearance rather than a Generic Appearance (SR)
* Odis now uses a Smuggler's Appearance rather than a Generic Appearance (SR)
* A Rodian Thug in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr now uses the cut Rodian 01 variant appearance (R01R)
Dxun:
* ritlead.dlg- Instead of the Sith Master saying "A shame... instead of freedom and power, you have chosen death. So be it." when you finish the Tomb of Freedan Nadd, he will now have a unique line depending on each ending. The Tomb Light Side ending will have him say "A shame..." whilst the Dark Side ending will have him say "Fool! Kill him, my brothers." or "Fool! Kill them, by brothers." depending on their gender (DR)
Onderon:
* Terlyn now uses the female Fat Commoner Appearance rather than an Onderon Commoner Appearance (FCR)
* Vix now uses the cut Rodian 01 variant appearance (R01R)
d_thug.dlg- Restored the line "I've said what I'm going to say. I've got things to do right now." to the thug outside Dhagon's place (DR)
Dantooine:
* Restored Ralon's Unique Appearance (UAP)
Korriban:
* malak.dlg- If you are Dark Side, Malak will no longer say "And now you are all alone. Would you join me now? You didn't follow Revan and I down our path. Join us. Your journey hasn't ended yet.", he will now say "There is much ambition and pride in you. I sense given the chance you may have followed me on the entire journey. Will you join me now?"
* malak.dlg- Restored an extra Malak line that goes "So will you join us? Join us all?" (DR)

What's New in Version 1.2.0 See changelog
Released
General:
* Added a compatibility patch for K2RC+'s HK-47 dialogue adjustments and Kexikus' Visually Repair HK-47 mod. In addition to the improvements, bug fixes, dialogue corrections, and restored lines from K2RC+ this patch also includes bug fixes for Visually Repair HK-47 such as the fix of a bug wherein you can infinitely lose influence with HK-47 if you try to repair him with a low repair skill (influence is finite).
* Hanharr's TSLRCM dialogue has been improved with bug fixes, dialogue corrections, and restored lines. The changelog of my changes can be found in
"Hanharr Changes.txt".
Telos:
* hk50cut- In the HK Factory, if HK-47 asks the main HK-50 droid in the targeting room "Query: There is information I wish to know" it will always reply with "Patronizing Statement: List your queries, obsolete one. We will humor you - for now". The intended function was that the line would only appear once and that further attempts to ask questions will result in the line "Query: There is information I wish to know". The correct conditionals have been added, thus restoring this intended functionality. (DR)
* droidexe- The Protocol Droids who are being used by target practise by the HK-50s were an improvised restoration by the TSLRCM devs. The Protocol Droid was originally an alternative option for the HK-50 torture scene in the second level, it can be assumed that Obsidian originally devised the HK-50s torturing the Protocol Droid before realizing it'd be a hell of a lot funnier to have the HK-50s torture a fellow HK-50. In this restoration, I have made it so that, after the first Protocol Droid line is spoken, a second Protocol Droid will say the original torture line as a taunt to the HK-50s before they are destroyed. The line goes "I... will... not beg for mercy from you aberrations. May your photoreceptors flicker... and die... your motivators... seize up...
Nar Shaddaa:
* refenc.dlg- Added globals to support restored content in "refugee2.dlg" and "refugee3.dlg". (DR)
* refugee2.dlg- You can now kill the first Refugee should you kill the Exchange Thugs harassing him. (DR)
* refugee3.dlg- The Refugee beggar had reaction lines depending on your actions towards the first Refugee. The line in which you killed the Exchange Thugs and let the Refugee live is the vanilla line whilst a line for when you didn't kill the thugs and convinced them to let the Refugee go and a line for if you killed both the Exchange Thugs and the Refugee is left unused as no conditionals existed for them. These unused lines have been restored, the new lines are "I saw what you did for that refugee, stranger. Could you, could you spare a few credits, maybe help another refugee in need?" and "I saw what you did to those Exchange thugs and that refugee. I don't want any trouble, I won't tell anyone I saw you. Please, let me be. ". (DR)
* refugee- The Refugee who answers questions has dev notes in some of his dialogue stating that the "Shake Head/Nod No" and "Shrug" animations are to be used at certain points even though the entire dialogue is absent of animations. These intended animations have been restored. (DR)
* ref_mira- The same Refugee from above had alternative takes of his dialogue for his scene with Mira. Also like above, an instance of the Refugee shrugging at Mira has also been restored. (ADR)
* 303mira- TSLRCM fixed Mira's dialogue so that Mira correctly notices Kreia or the Disciple. I have once again modified this sequence so that if both Kreia and Disciple are in the party at the same time then Mira will acknowledge both rather than just Kreia.
* 303mira- Restored Mira's alternative line "I told you before. Hunt your own targets. Don't mynock mine."
* twindead.dlg- After you kill the Twin Suns, Atton's dialogue was supposed to change depending on your influence but since the conditionals were never added by Obsidian or TSLRCM the high influence line is always said. If you have low influence, Atton will now say "I better get back to the ship - it's my only way off this planet."
Dantooine:
* vrook.dlg- Using AI, the following scripted but unrecorded lines have been restored:
"If you have anything else you need to do, do it quickly. The settlers are going to need all the help they can get. I'll see you at the Administrator's office."
"I may have a use for you..."
"If our enemies were as reckless as you are, we'd be perfectly safe. Unfortunately our enemies are careful and deliberate, as well. I don't have time for this."
"We don't have the time for that discussion. You need to control your emotions if you have any hope of avoiding the Dark Side."
"If we deal with the situation here, we can talk about it. But right now there are more pressing concerns."
"Things are rarely what they seem. And even if your actions were well-meant, they've destroyed the best chance we have to avoid a needless conflict." (DR)
