Jade3513 1 Posted June 16, 2022 Hey, I'm very new to modding and I would assume this is a pretty basic thing I want to do but cannot for the life of me figure out how it is done. I want the red Twilek female from Effixian's Twi'lek PC Pack 2021 to have the neat black vest outfit from Stormie97 & Effix's Togruta mod with stats if possible but if it is just set as clothing on the Twi'lek that is totally cool. And I would want to keep the replacement dancers outfit and everything else in the original twilek pc mod, I just want the basic clothing changed. Directions on how to do it myself would be helpful or if anyone has time to do it for me that would be appreciated, thank you!! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DarthParametric 3,784 Posted June 16, 2022 That's an appearance.2da edit. Presumably it's the clothing (B) body, but I've never used the mod myself so I couldn't say for certain. I got the body and texture on but I have both mods downloaded so reusing the togruta tga gives her the wrong arm color, I want to change the tga texture to make the arm skin red, how do I reattach that to the model then? when I renamed the tga and entered that in appearance.2da it just gave me a blank white model Edited June 16, 2022 by Jade3513 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Effix 532 Posted June 16, 2022 Hey Jade, welcome! So the Ahsoka row has PFBBM in modelb, you can use the same for the PC_Twi10_red row. In the texb column you can put anything that's no longer than 16 characters. I'm going to guess that your texture is missing 01 at the end of the filename. Let's say you put BLA in the texb column then the texture needs to be BLA01.tga. The 01 comes from texture variation 1 that's in the default clothing item file (g_a_clothes01.uti). I don't think you can actually acquire different versions of default clothing, but that's still at work. So for the attached file you'd want P_TwiRedB in the texb column. Jade3513 1 Posted June 16, 2022 I did it, thank you! I had to make the red a little darker and maybe the hue isn't perfect but I'm happy with it. What I did wrong before was actually typing in the 01 in the texb column so I guess that's why it didn't work.
