Achilles Game Balance Mod

Hi!

Does anyone by chance have the Achilles Game Balance Mod? I have searched really hard and cannot find it anywhere!

I have tried his official website, but it has been shut down.

Any help would be much appreciated.

But I couldn't locate it on nexus or gamefront, despite it being removed from nexus to be claimed back by gamefront last year (IIRC).
