Sith Holocron Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 I've hit a road block and have come to you fine people for assistance. I'm trying to get a mod - DarkWarrior's Sion vs Nihilus mod - to work on modern systems. (I use Windows 7 using the 4 CD set up of KOTOR2, if that's a help.) I must've got it to work once upon a time because I believe I used this version to record in my video collection of Nihilus vs Sion cutscenes. I have a better system now that I did in 2012. It would also be better to record the scene using widescreen. Might anyone be able to figure what I'm doing wrong? Walk me through it, if you would be so kind. Here's a link to the mod: Darkwarrior's Mod. Thank you. Quote
N-DReW25 Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 By any chance does that mod just use a BIK video file? If it does why not just convert the BIK into an MP4? Quote
ndix UR Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 It looks like that mod is intended to be distributed in a .mod file called nih.mod ... so I would assume that the files in that package need to be packed into a .mod (easy enough to do with KTool, by the way) and then maybe it would work? Actually there are also two .nss files without compiled equivalents ... so you might need to compile those scripts also? I haven't done much with scripts so I'm not sure on that part. Quote
Sith Holocron Posted March 8, 2018 Author Posted March 8, 2018 I think this is a non BIK version, N-DReW. Quote
Sith Holocron Posted March 8, 2018 Author Posted March 8, 2018 It seems I've got it worked out. Thanks to ndix UR and N-DReW25 for their help! 1 Quote
