I want to change a mod skin from another but it didnt worked

Ok so i tried this mod skins   http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/246-armored-robes-for-jal-shey-armors/

 

but later i found another which i liked more this one http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/951-zeison-sha-jal-shey-reskin/ ,

 

i thought if i just dropped the files in th override it would replace the former ones from the mod but they somehow combined, i then tried to manually delete the first mod but it did not worked either i still have the combined weird looking armor, any advice?

You must delete the .mdl and .mdx files too.
