I don't see the problem. And this is as OE made it, so...

The subtitles, like the dialog options, are separate objects which it is possible to assemble as one wants. It is easy to move a dialog option in the .dlg and its pointer towards the VO file corresponding.

 

The dialog would be built thus a little better and stronger because, currently, this option of dialog falls like a hair on soup.
