Crash: At the Darth Nihilus and Visas Marr's in-game cutscene

OK, I had time to finally start 1.7 today ...

 

I got to that scene where we first see Darth Nihilus and Visas Marr and it stopped. Luckily I had saved the game before that. I then reloaded the saved game and lo and behold, it did it again...

 

Help! please

 

Might anybody know what files I have to delete to get the normal cut scene (i.e. the BIK movie?)

Removing k_align_movie.ncs from override should switch you back to normal cutscene.

Could you upload your savegame just before the Visas/Nihilus cutscene? I never had any problems, but you're a second person reporting crash, so I'd like to take a look at whether it's problem on your end or if there's actually something wrong with the cutscene.

I have the TSL Restored Content Mod (1.6) by Dstoney. I don't even have that K_align.. file in my override.

I had this problem too, do you have Super Enhanced Mod and the Super Enhanced Mod Add-on? Because, I had those on when that crash kept happening, I just deleted them, played through that part, and reinstalled Super Enhanced Mod and the whole game went through smoothly.

Woah, old thread.

I still have this problem in 1.8.5. It's solvable by deleting the K_align file still, but I was wondering if there were any other possible fixes?
