Acleacius 2 Posted January 20, 2011 In regard to Handmadien for Female PCs. Scripting Thread look for stoffe's posts if your interested. I saw it's on the Not Compatible List due to too many dialog changes. However, it seems like it will work without overwriting any RCM files if you don't use the dialogs. This means you can get Handmaiden and have 90% + of everything working. The exception being a few dialogs where Handmadien might call you a male, which the game mistaken does on it's own, without this mod, iirc. There is one dialog file which would be really useful and helpful to this process if RCM team could see their way to changing 10 lines at the end game dialog of Keria, 904kreia.dlg. Do any of these 3 files come from RCM and how important are they? "a_kreatris.ncs" Overwrites our tweaks to this scene (a lot of extra dialogue) "disc_enc.dlg" See other disc. "holorec.dlg" Overwrites our version with several changes and fixes. "k_003ebo_enter.ncs" Disables all our new cutscenes, which means you'll NEVER enter the HK-Factory (amongst other errors). Guest HaVoKeR Posted January 20, 2011 Again...In all my tests, version 1.4 of the Lost Room Mod worked PERFECTLY. No issues with TSLRCM 1.7 at all. And, I just did a 100% playthrough of TSLRCM 1.7 with the Lost Room mod with no problems. Please, either tell me exactly what the issue is so I can fix it, or put it on the compatible list. Oh i didn't know that... but its in the incompatible list lol... anyway, this topic looks like abandoned by people that knows the answers, at least for my questions haha... you have tried 1.7 with and without this mod? cause if you only tried it with the KLR 1.4 mod installed, you may not even know what is going "wrong", hehehe. Yep, i don't think this mod will work, but seemed to me that it adds a new part to the game, not a full conversion... Great! I may have to use the modified Disciple.dlg during the forced meeting in the library on Dantooine and if a worst case arises, guess I could reinstall RCM. Well, the strange thing about is this 602 dan on enter script, and RCM has a 602dan.mod file... so maybe theres the conflict, probably you miss something of the restored content with it, HH you don't know if the 602dan.mod already has it's own ON enter script? and what this .mod file does/is related? Acleacius 2 Posted January 22, 2011 Feel the need to mention Blue Interface works fine, since after stating on a previous page I thought it was causing problems and crashes. The problem seems to be the damn movies changing the Refresh Rate (think they are forcing 60mhz) and this in turn seems to create a possible memory leak. I was able to avoid any crashes or issues by Disabling Movies at the Main Menu. Too bad there is no Source code yet, my guess is the Movie Player/Switcher is in the exe coding. No, the files would be in the .MOD files, the mods files still in override and the issues (like no HK Factory cutscene on the hawk, and thus triggered) would persist. Davin I know the Dendis' Sercret Stash and Jedi Temple Expansion both work. I'm not sure about the FNB of Coruscant and Clone Wars Armor pack. Guest HaVoKeR Posted January 28, 2011 Finished my testing, KLR 1.4 works so far, but this mod kind suck, it only unlocks most doors and adds a container which need a key that is in the same room... (that key has infinite spawn also hahaha). And the items in the container makes this mod one of those who "makes the easy game easier" i.e. a piece of cake. Acleacius 2 Posted January 29, 2011 LaughingMan008, afaik RCM doesn't change anything associated with Player skins and heads, so there really couldn't be any conflict. Additionally the mod uses the TSL Patcher which makes it much more likely to be compatible. Should be indeed fully compatible. As Acleacius stated, TSLRCM doesn't change any PC-appearances, so, a head-mod only conflicts, if it overwrites instead of modifies the appearance.2da.
