I can't seem to be able to transfer the HK Template into the HK-51s now. Have I missed a requirement? (I activated them at the first factory level as always, before someone asks) Edit: Nevermind, apparently the Core Upload's location was changed... Quote

I remember having a problem with this as well, especially after being told it was the same place as before. You have to click on the Maintenance Droid that is flying near the droid that HK-47 uses to change his programing. Quote
