In KotOR 2, you would originally stumble upon the body of a Jedi named Nebelish while investigating the tomb of an ancient Sith Lord on Korriban. However, this "Nebelish" actually looked a lot like Dustil Onasi. Turns out, Obsidian originally planned to have Dustil in the tomb but they ended up cutting the content. Now when TSLRCM came along they never restored this because Jason Mardsen, Dustil's voice actor, never recorded any lines for the part. Now I thought it a shame that Dustil couldn't have been restored, so I set about restoring him. And, thanks to some voice overs done by Zhaboka, I have finished my task. So essentially, this mod restores Dustil to KotOR II. TSLRCM Compatible: Yes Please go to the Nexus Mods link to see further screenshots. A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 Release Date: 11.08.2016 Installation: Simply Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop ALL the files within the "For Override" into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder (Note: For those wanting a TSL Version of this mod all you have to do is install this mod into your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II The Sith Lords override folder and it should work no problem) Uninstallation: Remove or Delete the files from your Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic override folder Description: When searching through the games textures I noticed their are Two variants of Carths head texture called "P_Carth01.tga" (His normal look) and "P_Carth02.tga" (An unused skin). I honestly have no clue if P_Carth02 is used at all in game but in my opinion it is an unused texture for Carth that was abandoned since it makes him look older than Jolee. So what this mod does is turn Carth into this unused variant of himself. Known Bugs: this mod shouldn't have bugs but if their is Just PM me on Deadlystream. Incompatibilities: Incompatiable with anything that edits "P_Carth01.tga" Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod Thanks: Bioware for such an amazing game,Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool and everyone who downloads the mod. Legal: THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. 5. Yes, the secret is finally out, even though some of you never knew there was a secret to begin with. This is the secret project I’ve told a few of you about, and a few of you know about due to your involvement with it. Essentially, this mod will restore Dustil to KotOR 2, though how much he does in-game will be dependent on which version you choose to install. Before I get into that, however, I’d like to give a brief background on the project just to give credit where credit is due. Initial work began in 2011, with myself and Darth Snard as the only people working on it. It had been decided at the time that Darth Snard would provide the voice overs. Yet, over the course of a few months, we both agreed that he didn’t really fit the character and he decided to leave the project altogether to pursue his own ventures. Thus, I turned to the ever-reliable Zhaboka, who churned out an excellent performance, despite my constant rewrites. Even with the addition of Zhaboka and the departure of Snard, not much work went into the project. I did a few things here and there, sent a script or two off to Zhaboka, but it wasn’t until August of 2012 that work began in earnest. And then after August, work dropped off considerably, hence why it is a year later that I am presenting this to you. I barely worked on it from September to November, did a bit in December and January and then again put it off from February to May. Finally, in June of this year, I decided to finish the project up. And over the course of the summer I’ve done just that. My beta testers, thank you to Zhaboka, Sith Holocron and Paddy Garcia, are doing their final run-throughs, as am I, and each day brings the mod closer to a releasable state. So back to the level of restoration. The mod is setup to have two different installation options; one option, the added content installation, will restore Dustil to the game with new content written by me to make his part more noteworthy, and last longer. The second option, the pure restoration installation, will restore Dustil as close to what was found in the game files as possible. No “new” content will be added with this option, aside from Dustil’s voice overs (none were ever recorded for him) and a few camera angles. Anyway, long story short, this mod will restore Dustil and should be released, as the trailer says, in September of this year.
