That sounds very much like a teaser "That was... a Padawan Mistake." Sounds like they are working on something that they don't want completely out there yet!

If you send me the stats your want for every robe, I could try and make the UTI'S

With the .uti's that I have already sent you, could you still look off of them for those stats???

Very cool Ninko! I can't wait to use this mod! I remember using one similar to this a long time ago, but it had custom models, and really screwed up the models for the whole game :/

Glad to hear that you like it, if only we can work out what to do with the textures and the uti's... Oh well, I may release first without them, and make an update including them!

we had to wait an extra year b4 kotor 1 came and we will probably have to wait another year b4 kotor 2 comes

Although, what if it never actually happens? Which now after this post I doubt it wont happen. Hopefully it is all at the same time, for your sake. If it really is ASPYR that are doing it again, and they already worked out how to for k1, perhaps k2 will be a shorter process?

Here is an update on how my mod is going. It has come a long way since the screenshots in the first post. Pretty much all that is left would be to get the robes textures that Rece has made to work with the .uti's, as we have been having some trouble with that not working.. Anyway, here is what the mod does so far..

I don't believe that I have ever actually done the dustil quest, but now with this, I probably will be doing that a bit more. Thanks

I wish they would come on iPad, if this actually happens!

I am hoping that they plan to release it with mods. Could this be possible however? I do not know.

Hi there DeadlyStream modders, I am having a butt load of trouble getting the textures that Rece made me to work the the uti's for the robes that I have made.

An example of a .uti plus one of the .tga's is in the zip file below. If anyone can work out why this is not working, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I love that so far, yet the grass seen in the game looks a bit too green

I'd like to see this in action. Perhaps Xuul should be asked to do a video.

Or perhaps I could make one?

I use the whereami all the time... just making sure to put out and put back the original spells.2da once I'm done with what needs doing.

Oh, that is what I didn't do... Perhaps I should fix that?

I am loving these rece! And the custom models are amazing!! Keep up the amazing work man, keen to see the rest of them when they are done.

And I'm so proud to announce that I have finally put a custom model into the game. Had to do some (easy now) hex editing, along with uti editing and other things. but here's my first truly custom lightsaber that will be apart of my mod, oh and did I mention that it's upgradeable too?

I had this same problem running yet with the CD version of kotor 2. And for some reason, the steam version stopped it..

We have 4-CD TSL here a lot, and 1 DVD KotOR 1. Although I have never seen 4-CD KotOR 1! Is there something special on each disk like the TSL ones?

Yes it does. I have the 4-CD KotOR and TSL.

 

They're not sold retail anymore though.

I wanted to gift KotOR 1 to a younger brother of mine, but now I'm wondering which one to get for him? Considering widescreen and Win 7 or soon Win 10, what would be best? 4-CD with patches? GOG? Steam? Or even a DVD edition?

 

Using an old win xp installation with a 1280x1024 for this game, I have no idea about compatibility.

Steam, would be the easier option, as there are sales often. Since there is no disk, he would never lose the game (as long as you write down steam details).

By the way, does KotOR 1 even come in 4-CD???
