I'm having this same issue in 2025 - anyone fixed? I tried uninstalling according to the readme, so I could at least see the original version, but this broke my game such that all reloaded saves now crash. Reinstalling the mod fixed *that* issue, but I still can't view or even get past the cutscene ingame.
