    Anyone know what the legal.tga is? Do I need it? It wasn't installed when I installed SLM 2.0 with the latest version of Extended Enclave and M4-78.

      It's the static legal splash screen that shows up if you don't have the BIK version. The picture with Nihilus/Sion/Visas and all the legal info. You'll see it regardless, the only question is whether you see the vanilla version or a modded one.
