If that's what does it, then the issue seems to be that the installer doesn't include the makejedi file. I even checked with fresh downloads. Edit: Messed around some more. For anyone having trouble, save before training Bao-Dur, delete a_makejedi.ncs from your override folder, then train him. You can add the file back after he's a Jedi.
