This is my NPC and Module Overhaul mod for KOTOR with a few tweaks and npc change

NPC changes

For Calo Nord I have given a new look with the PMHB05 head it is normal aka neutral on Taris, but when encounter him on any of the Star map planets his appearance is more dark side with a verpine band over his eyes, cause in my headcanon, he suffered 60 degree burns all over his face effected his eye sight causing him to use a visor to help it.

For Darth Bandon, I have replaced his appearance with PMHC01 full dark side.

For the Sith Governor Taris I have replaced his appearance of the Sith Apprentice with that of PMHA03, to have diversity.

I included a new recruitable character Amena, we encounter her on our way to the escape pods, You can either recruit, or for a little dark points, just ignore her and leave her to die.

For Uthar Wynn and Yuthura Ban I gave them the appearance of Sith Apprentice and PFHB03 respectively.

As for their students I replaced them all with Commoner NPCs with dark jedi robes.

I replaced Lashowe's appearance with PMHC05, Shaardan with PMHA05 and Mekel with Pmhb03.

For Belaya I gave the appearance of PFHA05 for both Dantooine and Korriban.

I replaced Zhar and Dorak's appearances with that of PMHC02 AND PMHC03.

Ajunta Pall I have replaced his appearance with that of the MULLET MAN, and with standard Jedi Robes as he was a former Jedi.

I replaced most of the Jedi Commoners on Dantooine with the Jedi Council Members that use PC heads.

I replaced Canderous' appearance with that of a standard Mandalorian.

For Carth I Gave him a Heavy Exo Skeleton in place of his default clothing.

For Bastila I replaced her Default Clothing with that of Jedi Knight Robes.

I had Jolee wear his default clothing and gave him a Double Bladed Lightsaber.

For Trask I dressed him in a Light Battle Armor and gave him Insta-Kill Pistols.

OCS:

I added some of my OCS

On Dantooine you encounter Padawans Emilia, Alema, and Tiana, you also meet both Emilia and Alema's masters Duro Windu and Kaio Jinn, Encsestors of Mace Windu and Qui Gon Jinn. Emilia, Alema and Tiana were captured after the Bombarded of Dantooine and Turned to the dark side, You encounter them and are forced to kill them on the Star forge, With Kaio forced to kill his Padawan, While Duro is killed by his Padawan Alema and you finish Alema avenging Duro.

On the Endar Spire you find a Corpse which is that of Reinhard Syndulla an Ancestor of Hera from Rebels, where it is lootable.

Module changes

For the Stunts I replaced Karath and Varko in the Resume Bombardment and Jawless Malak stunts with my own character Commander Gerath.

In the Reveal cut scene it is full Dark side rather than half way.

In the light transmission by Dodonna, Juhani, Jolee, HK, and T3 are present while in the Dark side it is just HK and T3 who is hiding off screen witnessing the whole thing.

In the Star Forge Arrival and Lehon Crash Stunts I added Canderous, Jolee, HK and T3.

In the Tomb of Marka Ragnos, Tulak Nord and Ajunta Pall, I replaced the Sarcophagus with their Mummified Corpses, as a way to have continuity with KOTOR 2 with Ludo Kresh's mummified corpse.

The Placeables of the skeleton remains of Shaelas and Duron, they will have their names.

Tales of the Jedi connections 

On Dantooine you see a statue which is a memorial for Ulic Qel-Droma in the Enclave.

I replaced the Jedi wandering the halls of the Enclave and The Jedi On the Star forge who greets us with Vima Sunrider and Use the Female Jedi Member that uses PMHC02, I also replaced one the Mullet man Jedi with Nomi Sunrider and she uses a Old White female jedi as her appearance, additionally to connect with the Comic the other Mullet Man Jedi is Renamed to be Zayne Carrick the main protagonist of the KOTOR Comics.

How to install.

Copy all the files in the override folder to KOTOR OVERRIDE

Copy all the module files into module folder.

Bugs

Calo appears in his underwear when we meet him at Daviks estate

I intended to have the idea that Naga sadow's body was taken back to Korriban and buried and his Sarcophagus was added, but when testing the module, the Sarcophagus would not open, I recommend to not copy the korr_m39aa into modules cause it is sort of a pain.
