No, as described in TOR: Revan novel, her canon hair color is brown.

Strangely, I've just installed teh mod, and while her portrait has brown hair, the girl herself in gameplay is blonde. I can't imagine I did anything wrong in install, since it's just dropping four items into Override, or am I missing something?

You probably have both a TGA and a TPC for that texture, and the former is being overridden by the latter.

Oh, hello again! Hmm, alright. Any idea what file name I should look for, and I'll delete the TPC?

everything works perfectly, but 

not sure if it's a TSLRCM thing but is there any way to fix it?

The appearance is generated the very first time you enter the tomb. It won't change if you load a save already inside.

Try putting this modified script in your Override folder. It removes the save check.
