Recovery of the health (and of the Force points if I well remember) at level transition :

 

I wonder if this is a feature of the game or if it's a bug?

 

And recovery of the health when moving to another module...

Fully. Always. The same is not applied to the force pool though.

Hmmm, have yet to notice it using plain TSL (with TSLRCM obviously).

 

Entering EH? Same health. Going from one module to the other? (test area; Nar Shaddaa) it's the same, no healing...

Fully's what I've seen all the time, but only at level-ups. No idea about module transition.

Why yes, leveling up does heal you full.
