Custom lightmaps don't affect doors?

Hello everyone,

I have run into a small issue modding the KOTOR 2 lightmaps of 153HAR. Basically I replaced the lights with the standard KOTOR 1 lights of the Endar Spire (so blueish white instead of dim orange) and afterwards, tweaked the lightmaps to match the new lights.

Problem is, the doors and other placeables still have the default brownish tint to them. How can I fix this?

(This seems similar to the brightness issue in the initial Darker Peragus mod, so I am guessing it has something to do with placeable lightning of props and doors.)

You'll have to create custom textures, possibly unique per door, and bake the lighting into the diffuse (or fake the effect of such at least).

If I recall accurately, when FS and I worked on A Darker Peragus Redux, we fixed the issue by changing the placeable color for quite a few objects in the GIT. So, basically what you say about "faking it". ;)
