Guest Posted August 12, 2017 Eh, seems just like a lesser performance from the voice actors tbh.
N-DReW25 1,341 Posted August 12, 2017 Eh, seems just like a lesser performance from the voice actors tbh. I wouldn't call them "lesser performance" I think there pretty good voices however the original has more of a "douchey thug" tone to them which is probably what makes them better.
Domino5555 119 Posted August 12, 2017 A review for KOTOR II noted that the voiceovers in the game seemed to consist of first or second takes.
Guest Posted August 12, 2017 A review for KOTOR II noted that the voiceovers in the game seemed to consist of first or second takes. What's that supposed to mean? The VA work in K1 is far more grating on repeat playthroughs than K2 IMO.
Domino5555 119 Posted August 12, 2017 Well, it's hard to explain, but I'm going to assume that the voice actors, while good, weren't 100% ready on their first or even second takes when recording their lines. I know, it's probably confusing as hell. Sorry.
