Guest HK-47 Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 no, it was actually supposed to be white originally. no color at all. and the lightsaber in '77 looks more flat more like a laser sword where the new ones (or should i say more recent ones) look more rounded. Statement: I noticed the flat sword look as well in the original trilogy of '95 and couldn't figure out why a round hilt is making a flat blade. Informative: The silver blade is actually called a Durindfire gem found on Tatooine. Quote

But that may have to do with Zhar saying that blue is the color of the Jedi Guardians, ...maybe now after hearing that, it's stuck in my head. Quote
