When I use force Powers the effects don't work please help I wanna be able to see the lightning and push effect etc.

I'd suggest emailing that address (or PM'ing him here) anyway.  At least you can say it's something you tried.

If you wanna count KSE save editor as a mod then I used that to. But only to change carth and make him a jedi. This character is a rp character Padawan (me) and Master (Carth) Turned him into a player Zabrak using the Male Head Pack.

I fixed it thank you! 

Basically it was a error installing the mod. Had to do a fresh override folder.
