So why is Nar Shaddaa a steaming pile of glitchy garbage? Twice the red eclipse and duros cutscenes half the fun

So running about on Nar Shaddaa, I've gotten into a pickle. See my Exile was kidnapped. But the game things there are red eclipse on my ship [because I didn't go back and kill them a second time after I triggered them.

 

And right after it said "pick your rescue party of two people" and I picked them it snapped to a second re-showing of the Duros Cutscene "We Duros are the bestest bounty hunters ever". and then boom Atton, Mira, and T3 are my party [note I chose none of them for my actual rescue party.] I rush aboard the ship and it's dead empty with one of the compartments the one either HK-47 was in or the one across from him is sealed. So now, I can't progress. I do have a save before that and I could probably go back and try to clear Red Eclipse with my exile again. [something tells me only the outside guards are respawned] but unless I figure out why I saw the Duros cutscene twice, I'm kind of screwed if it happens again. I think talking to the reuniting couple is what will trigger the whole "Remember that squid faced guy you killed with his Gamorrean guards? Well he wants to see you in Jekk Jekk Tarr"

It's because certain globals are lacking from your savegame - generally an indication an older save was used after installing TSLRCM rather than a new game.

 

You should always start a new game...
