Nar Shaddaa Bug or Mod Conflict?

While in Nar Shaddaa refugee sector, the Serroco leader doesnt spawn and when I get close to get near him and his guards, the game crashes. Any suggestions?

I am using the TSLRCM 1.8.2 with M4-78 and Dustil restoration along with some minor other mods which I don’t think have anything to do with this. Maybe NPC overhaul might be an issue though. If not when what could be the case?

I tried everything from loads to installing the game from the start and using previous saves but still it persists. Help, please?

M4-78EP right?

That sector pretty much uses default naming for it's NPC's, check your override for any kind of;

g_hidbekgang

n_fatcomm

None of those files you mentioned are in my override folder. However, what could M4-78 have to do with Nar Shaddaa?

First; thread moved to proper location. Forgot that last time.
Second; The game works in mysterious ways sometime, but the original M4-78 is simply not compatible with TSLRCM. (M4-78EP is compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.2, however).
Last; Those 'minor mods' may be the cause. Can you list them?

Also, if you use a savegame, use one before EVER visiting the Refugee Sector, or it doesn't matter what you do, the bugged spawn is already saved in your save...

I think I found at least one of your problems. This one is incompatible. You ought to read that Incompatibility List a little more closely.

  

Mods that are definitely incompatible with TSLRCM

Nar Shaddaa Hidden Complex by FrantFire - There are changes to numerous files modified by TSLRCM as well.

 

[M4-78 is] Not compatible? But it says it is! :/

Pretty sure both of these are also not TSLRCM compatible. Aside for the one SH mentions, the rest looks fine though.

 

If it still happens without those 3, I would probably contact the author of NPC overhaul, might be an error in his mod, or a patcher failure.

i didnt really check the list to be honest. i did however check the compatibility noted on the description of the mod (on the right of each mod) for all my downloads and made sure they were indeed compatible with 1.8.2 .

 

This one - for example - notes that it does work with 1.8.2

However I will uninstall and see what happens. I thank you both for the help and will keep you updated after I've tried it.

Well, I did uninstall the hidden complex mod (or so I think). Not all the files mentioned in the uninstall process were in the override folder so I don’t know. However, there are no new changes. The problems still persists. I also uninstalled the Jedi Enclave mods but nothing changed. Any new ideas?

And after uninstalling those mods (like the complex) you did use a save before going to the refugee sector, right?

I am still waiting for an answer from the author of overhaul. Yes, I used saves even before landing on Nar Shaddaa but still nothing.
