Jim Kazama 0 Posted November 8, 2013 Good evening/morning everybody!Ok so how do I explain this....I found a bug, in the TSLRCM Where the quest to get the factory after you talked with HK-47 and showed him the Sonic Imprint sensor, where the quest is a BLANK! Yes, a blank. I will post a screenshot later on once I...figure out a way. :/ A few notes: Yes i've encountered the 3 HK-50 groups(With 1 being with HK-47 on Onderon, 1 on Dxun jungle & 1 on Dantooine) I've talked to HK-47 about the look-alikes, got influence(I'm light-sided though) and the Sith that are hunting us as well as showed him the Sonic imprint sensor. I've triggered the cutscene, but there was no Quest update AFTER the cutscene. Update: I got the Screenshot, perhaps this might clarify things better. swkotor2 2013-11-08 21-52-33-11.bmp
Hassat Hunter 571 Posted November 8, 2013 This is a conflict with either; Globals.jrl or Dialog.tlk Do you have any other mods?
Jim Kazama 0 Posted November 9, 2013 Besides the Unhooded Kreia mod & The M4-78 powerplant, no. Any tips?
Hassat Hunter 571 Posted November 10, 2013 What's the M4-78 powerplant? Both seem incompatible with TSLRCM, still shouldn't give the issue in question (but will give other issues) There was another user recently who had this who apparently after installing TSLRCM still somehow had 1.0b's dialog.tlk, instead of ours. Check the changedate of the dialog.tlk.
Sith Holocron 2,473 Posted November 10, 2013 Besides . . . The M4-78 powerplant, no. Any tips? Please provide a direct link from where you downloaded this. I wonder if you used the old version of this mod. Other questions: Which version of KotOR2 are you using - the US 4 CD version, another region's version, Steam, or something else? Lastly, could you confirm which version of TSLRCM you are using?
Jim Kazama 0 Posted November 10, 2013 http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/;89207This is where I got the M4-78 powerplant mod. I'm using Steam version of KoTOR 2[No compability issues whatsoever] Any idea as to where I might check it?(I'm kinda like a noob, first time modified a game ) Extra info: I'm using the 1.8.2 TSLRCM(Which I THINK might be the latest 1 released? I don't know for certain) Not sure if it'll help but according to the Dialog.tlk in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II, it says that the file has been created at 22/10/2013. Not sure if it's the right info though.
Sith Holocron 2,473 Posted November 10, 2013 1) TSLRCM 1.8.2 is the latest version so THAT'S good. 2) You're using the old (incorrect) version of M4-78. You need the "M4-78 Enhancment Project" - which is the only M4-78 mod that will work with TSLRCM 1.8.2. You can get it through here. Uninstall KotOR2. Do a fresh install of the game. Then install TSLRCM 1.8.2 and only then should you install M4-78 Enhancement Project.
Hassat Hunter 571 Posted November 10, 2013 Change date is 16-12-2012, so no, probably not the right dialog.tlk. Could you upload it? Did you disable auto-updating?
Jim Kazama 0 Posted November 10, 2013 Understood Mr.Sith Holocron. I'll get back to you in a minute to let you know the results. Update: I re-installed Kotor 2 with the Mod from the Link you provided me, and I got another question in mind:Will the factory appear in my game as an event IF i reload a save Before the cutscene occurs or do I have to remake the walkthrough all over again?
