bug or installation problem?

I duel handmaiden and after I win, I put on some clothes and ask her to do the same. now here is the kicker: she doesn't put her mother's robe on.

 

the only thing I can think of is that I didn't actually get the 1.0b update because it would stop at updating the exe. does tslrcm include the 1.0b patch in anyway?

Nope.

However she would properly do it in vanilla 1.0 anyway, so I doubt 1.0b would fix it. Though if the patcher stops updating it should be a clue that you have issues, no?

Are you sure? Because on my old tslrcm 1.7 install, handmaiden put on the robe just fine even in vanilla.

The patcher stops when it gets to swkotor2.exe. And by stop, I mean I get a message.

does it have anything to do with my mod? i know in my game the same problem happened, it happened before i started modding though, i think mine had to do with a personal items mod.

not sure, when I started using your mod, I had already turned handmaiden into a jedi. I've uninstalled again and realized I'd been careless and left stuff(mod stuff I think) in the kotor 2 install folder. I cleared everything out and will try installing the official patch again.

didn't work. it still got stuck on the exe file.

i decided to spring for kotor 2 on steam. everythings worked out as I had to update some mods anyway.
