In case anyone runs into the same problem as i did: If i used the console to open the 'airlock' doors so the first 2, the 2nd door would do an 'opening' animation but there was another door stuck in its place. It happened because i had a duplicate install apparently and i fixed it by having Claude (the ai) remove the second door from my liv_m99aa.mod file and savefile.
