Did that, it was installed correctly, 0 errors, but it just doesn't work for whatever reason

For some reason this mod isn't working for me. Heavy armor proficiency doesn't show up among the available feats, and if I add it through a save editor, then the game crashes whenever I try to put on heavy armor as Bao Dur. No idea why that may be the case, I installed it just the same as all other mods
