Tried this and it broke the (second) duel with Atris near the end of the game. Instead of being able to fight her she just stands there and you're stuck in the Meditation Chamber that has the Sith Holocrons.

 

Atris also does not join your party.

Excuse the suggestion...would you be able to follow up with the same for General Vaklu?

 

Maybe not as dramatic a change - General Vaklu is her cousin :-)
