I made this small mod for people who want only the speed blur gone,

without turning off frame buffer effects or using the realistic

effects mod.

There's an option in the game (and always has been) to disable speed blur.

Sorry to necro, but this is not true: prior to the Steam update, there was no option. For example, the version of the game on gog.com does not have an option to disable speed blur, so this mod is definitely useful. Thanks!
