It's hard to see without comparing the capital letters (The scale on the site only uses one per font)

However, based on what I've observed, Prakika Extended looks to be the closest to the original menu font while actually being a bit easier to read due to how balanced the weight is.

I did wind up buying the Praktika font but I'll be using it for things other than KOTOR related stuff.  (There was a sale I was trying to get in on.)
