As wonderful as the mod is, it does not play well with other mods and would take an entire re-write to make it do so. My suggestion, if you want to play BOSSR - have two installations. One for your regular KotOR adventures with all of your other mods, and a BOSSR installed with just texture mods and items.

s9 put so much effort into making it, but it was a personal project for him. Thus, compatibility was secondary to completing his vision, and in that pursuit he was quite successful.

I wish I had better news.
