How to apply changes using Kotor Tool

I changed the values of some armor and saved it as xml and uti file but not sure what to do with them or how to apply these changes to the game.

Put the uti file in the Override folder in your game directory.

tyvm, looks like it didn't apply to already obtained items.

Changes made to item files won't affect items you already have. You'll need to reacquire the robe to get the changed version.
